It acts as a refresh button for the soul, allowing people of all skill levels to connect to a shared, primal energy that strengthens bonds, boosts confidence, and promotes health!

All adults can participate, regardless of musical skill, making it a universal tool for expression!
If you have a drum, please bring it and/or any percussion instruments to play and share!
Bring water, sweat towels, comfortable clothing and an open mind and a willingness to dance and feel the experience.
Our own Dez Glover will lead the drumming circle and will provide all level instructions, so beginners and experienced drummers are welcome!
